Nneka Shoulds, our community programs coordinator, joined the Institute in December 2017. In this role, she manages nutrition education programming, primarily the Institute's bulk-cooking and healthy eating program, Five Times a Feast.
Nneka has ten years of experience leading hands-on health-related learning activities within a diverse population of underserved families and youth. A certified health education specialist, she currently has a Master of Science degree in Community Nutrition Education from Maryland University of Integrative Health and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from Morgan State University.
