Vet Arts Connect seeks partners who offer—or want to create—arts and outdoor recreation programs for Maryland veterans. You can play a vital role in helping veterans' heal and grow by inspiring or rekindling their interest in activities that offer fulfillment.
As a partner you will:
Receive promotional support for programs you offer veterans.
Raise greater awareness for your organization and services.
Gain valuable data about the impact of your programs on veterans’ well-being
Learn how to support veteran participants through our free online training
Receive tools for evaluating your programs
You’ll select program leaders to receive free online training, equipping them with best practices for supporting the veterans who participate in your programs.
Together, we’ll help you identify existing programs suitable for vets. Or, if you choose, we can help you create new ones. Programs will be offered to Maryland veterans at no cost.
The Vet Arts Connect team will help you identify one or more veteran service organizations in your region that may be a partner for your programs and services.
We’ll add your programs to Vet Arts Connect’s searchable online directory, which we and veterans organizations will promote through the web, social media, and print materials.
Program partners and participants will have an opportunity to take part in a study evaluating the influence of your program on veterans’ health and well-being.
