Highlights from Mission Thrive Summer 2015


Mission Thrive Summer empowers Baltimore City high school students with skills and knowledge for leading a healthy life. A collaboration of the Institute for Integrative Health and Real Food Farm, the experiential program includes farming, cooking, nutrition education, physical activity, mindfulness, and life skills development.

To conclude their Mission Thrive experience, students presented a community health expo where they shared the knowledge they gained over the past five weeks with more than 140 people.
