On Saturday, November 17, 2018, the Institute for Integrative Health will host its second annual wellness expo and pop-up market. This unique wellness expo will give visitors a chance to learn more about their overall health and wellness while shopping for one-of-a-kind, handcrafted and eco-friendly gifts before the holiday season.

Schedule of Events

9 AM - 10 AM: VIP BREAKFAST

Be one of the first participants to shop the holiday market while enjoying a light breakfast. While enjoying breakfast, attendees will have the chance to chat with our presenters and discuss their questions on genetics, anticancer living, and gluten-free cooking.

Participants will also receive a VIP bag containing product samples and discount coupons for local Baltimore businesses.

Gluten-free and vegan breakfast options available upon request.

10 AM - 5 PM: FREE ADMISSION

The doors will open to the general public at 10 AM. Participants can:

  • Attend a talk in our Wellness Lounge. This one-of-a-kind Wellness Expo gives you the chance to learn from world-renowned authors, doctors, and bakers in a unique forum. Learn about anticancer living, your genetics, how to bake a delicious gluten-free dessert, and how labeling laws are often misleading.

  • Explore the vibrant marketplace with unique, handmade, and eco-friendly gifts from local vendors.

  • Visit the Kids Zone for crafts and games for your favorite youngsters.
