Dr. Alessio Fasano, director of the Center for Celiac Research and Treatment and chief of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition at MassGeneral Hospital for Children, will share insights from his research that are relevant to everyone's health and especially to the health of people who have gluten-related disorders.
