Is your busy schedule conflicting with your desired eating habits?

During this two-part workshop series Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert & Health Coach, Rachel Druckenmiller, MS, CNE, will empower you to take the stress out of healthy eating with time and money-saving techniques to fit your busy lifestyle. Both interactive sessions will be packed with hands-on training for eating healthy on-the-go!

You’ll gain strategies for:

  • Week-long meal prepping using e-tools and customized templates.
  • Purchasing healthy alternatives for on-the-go snacking and dining in restaurants.

You’ll experience:

  • Creating different recipes to eat throughout the week with Rachel's DIY quinoa bar and build-your-own mason jar salad, which you'll get to take home.
  • Personal consulting with a certified nutrition expert on how to plan your meals around your schedule. Bring your own calendar!

You’ll learn:

  • Rachel's simple three-step healthy meal prepping process that will save you money and time. Receive samples of the recipes demonstrated in class!
  • Methods for overcoming the challenges of meal-prepping.
  • How to keep your pantry fully stocked for under $100!
