For centuries, food has been used to prevent illness, relieve symptoms, and even cure disease.

In this two-part course with certified culinary nutrition expert Rachel Druckenmiller, MS, you’ll explore the power of food and discover how it can be used to prevent and alleviate inflammation, strengthen your immune system, and enhance your vitality. Through recipe demonstrations as well as nutrition and cooking tips, Rachel will show you how to eat for optimal well-being.

Plus, University of Maryland nutrition researcher Chris D’Adamo, PhD, will be on hand to offer commentary and answer your questions.
