Research Methods in Complementary and Integrative Medicine
The Institute is pleased to host this three-module academic course in cooperation with University of Maryland Center for Integrative Medicine and the International Society for Complementary Medicine Research.

• Designing Pragmatic Trials – March 22, 2013
• Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis – March 23–24, 2013
Course participants will:
Expand knowledge and skills. They will gain the ability to appraise clinical research and identify gaps, as well as to plan and perform their own study projects.
Learn from internationally recognized experts. Instructors have extensive experience teaching research methods and have been published in journals such as Lancet, JAMA, BMJ, Annals of Internal Medicine, and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews.
Network and exchange ideas. Often attracting participants from around the world, the course fosters connections and dialogue.
Selection is on a rolling, space-available basis. Participants will be selected on their qualifications and involvement or interest in clinical research in CAM.
